Known as a medicinal plant in many cultures, Aloe"Vera" can be used to treat more than just burns and sunburn. Aloe"Vera" can also be used to keep produce fresh, aid heartburn, acts as an alternative to mouthwash and so much more!!!

  • Light:  Grown indoors Aloe vera is best grown in a warm, brightly lit room, but out of direct midday sun. When grown outdoors plant in a hot sunny position either in the ground or in a pot.

    Water: Aloe is a very hardy succulent and thrives in hot and dry conditions. Water once a week during the hotter dry months of the year. No water should be needed during the colder months

    Soil/Nutrition: A dry well-draining succulent potting mix with good aeration. Liquid feed every month from spring through to autum, this will encourage root growth aswel as a healthy immune system.

    Pruning and propagation: Remove damaged leaves. Propagate via stem picking

    Experience Level: Beginner
